Huntington Blue Devils Marching Band Earns Outstanding Rating at Brentwood Competition

The Huntington Blue Devils Marching Band (HBDMB) delivered an incredible performance at their first competition of the 2026 season, held at Brentwood on Sunday. Despite the show being moved indoors due to rain, our students showcased their talents at a high level, earning a rating of Outstanding to cap off a successful opening weekend.

Dr. Robert Wottawa shared his pride in the students' performance: "Although we were inside due to the rain, our team is amazing and dedicated to the process. Each performance they learn something new and improve. I cannot be prouder of our students and teachers!"

The weekend was a true team effort. Our staff, roadies, chaperones, and Band Parent Association gave endless support to our students and organization. They all play a crucial role in the HBDMB's success, and we could not thank them enough.
