Huntington Blue Devils Marching Band Earns Superior Rating at Arlington Competition
October 14, 2026
The Huntington Blue Devils Marching Band (HBDMB) had a busy and rewarding weekend, showcasing their talents at both a halftime performance and a competition.
On Saturday, the band took the field for their second halftime performance of the 2026 season. The HBDMB delivered a tremendous performance, continuing to build momentum and prepare for their next competition the following day. The Highsteppers also performed during the halftime show, adding their energy and talent to a great afternoon of performances.
On Sunday, the band traveled to Arlington for their next competition. Despite the show being moved indoors due to inclement weather, the HBDMB demonstrated their high-level skill set and earned a Superior rating. The students rose to the occasion, proving once again that their preparation and dedication shine through, no matter the setting.
The HBDMB looks forward to continuing to enhance their 2026 production as the season progresses.
We would like to thank our Board of Education, Central Administration, chaperones, roadies, and staff for their endless support week in and week out. Your dedication is a vital part of everything our students accomplish.
Congratulations to our students on another outstanding showing. We cannot wait to see what comes next.
