HHS G.O. Officers Set for New
School Year
Huntington High School’s student government officer corps is ready for the 2014/15 school year. Elections were held last spring, with each of the four classes choosing its representatives along with a slate of school-wide leaders that will work with faculty advisors Fred Bisogno and Anthony Troffa.
Joe Saginaw will serve as G.O. (General Organization) president. He will be assisted by Charles Beers (vice president), Caitlin Knowles (recording secretary), Justin Loturco (treasurer), Lana Ziegler (corresponding secretary) and Mary Sheehan (historian).
Huntington’s Class of 2015 will be led by President Elizabeth Corrao. She will be assisted by Hailey Giordano (vice president), Santiago Alzate (recording secretary), Max Kaplan (treasurer), Hillary Hardardt (corresponding secretary) and Thomas Kouttron (historian).
Alexandra Berwick will serve as president of the Class of 2016. Junior class officers also include Jeannie Kopstein (vice president), Katie Reilly (recording secretary), Daniel Mollitor (treasurer), Vincent Fredericks (corresponding secretary), Holly Loturco (historian) and administrative assistants Brianna McDonald, Meghan Plant and Dylan Schedler.
The Class of 2017 will be led by President Kayla Ryan. Sophomore class officers also include Kelsey Miller (vice president), Theresa Moreno (recording secretary), Abigail Bellistri (treasurer), Allyson Arleo (corresponding secretary) and Emma Pipolo (historian).
Amaris Figueroa will serve as president of Huntington’s Class of 2018. The freshman class officer corps also includes Joel Alfaro (vice president), Max Robins (recording secretary), Katie Seccafico (treasurer), Will Hebert (corresponding secretary) and Lindsay Saginaw (historian).
