Connor Kiesel, a 2007 Huntington High School graduate, has been doing wonderfully in his freshman year at Ohio University. So far, he has qualified for the Dean’s List twice (the school is on a trimester plan). He has also been inducted into the Alpha Lamba Delta Honor Society Fraternity, done some radio, worked on the Barack Obama presidential campaign and is doing sports pieces with a local Athens TV station on campus.

 

Mr. Kiesel plans on interning on Long Island this summer with a newspaper or in a public official’s office. He is aiming to be either a broadcast journalist with a concentration in politics or a radio or newspaper reporter.  



Michael O. Laddin, a 1976 Huntington graduate, is president of the Whitston Publishing Company in Albany. He earned a BS degree at SUNY Albany in 1980 and went on to obtain a MBA at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy. Mr. Laddin and his wife Lorraine reside in Slingerlands. They are the parents of two sons and a daughter.

Kim A. Malone is a 1986 graduate of Huntington High School. She earned an undergraduate degree at SUNY College at Cortland and obtained a Master’s at Dowling College. Known today as Mrs. Kim Marshall, she is an elementary teacher in the Sachem school district in Lake Ronkonkoma. She resides in Greenlawn.



 

Kristina B. Lassen, a 1986 graduate of Huntington High School, earned BA and BSN degrees at the University of Maryland. Today known as Mrs. Kristina Marshall, she works as an emergency trauma nurse at Legacy Emanuel Hospital & Health Center in Portland, Oregon. Mrs. Marshall and her husband Clay are the parents of daughters Chloe and Grace. The couple resides in Portland.



 

Charles Martin, a 1971 Huntington graduate, owns a NAPA Auto Parts shop in Cutchogue. He resides with his wife Dianne in Smithtown.



 

David Martin, a 1972 Huntington graduate, is a spiritual counselor and healer with the Harmony Center Within in Sedona, Arizona. He obtained a BBA degree at Hofstra University and a Ph.D. at Delphi University in Georgia.


 

Leonard Somarriba, a 2001 Huntington graduate, now resides in Lake Worth, Florida. He is employed as a physical therapist with Healthcare Professional Staffing. He earned BAH and MAPT degrees at the University of Connecticut.
