Austin Carino has led a charmed life as a lacrosse player. He won county and state crowns as a Blue Devil star and this past spring he helped lead New York Institute of Technology to the NCAA Division II crown, scoring three goals in the finals before a record crowd of 24,317 in Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Masschusetts...full story>>

Doris Baylis Robertson, who had been the oldest known living Huntington High School alumnus, passed away on May 30 at 100 years of age. She was one of 44 members in the Class of 1925...full story>>

Tia Schlaikjer has soared since her June 1994 Huntington High School graduation. She went on to earn an undergraduate degree in education at Catholic University of America in Washington, DC where she was also elected the student body president. Following her college graduation she served in the Peace Corps from 1999-2001 and also hiked the entire Appalachian Trail, covering more than 2,000 miles...full story>>

Scott Jeno was going about his usual business as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Cape Verde Islands, 310 miles off the west coast of Africa in the North Atlantic. The 2002 Huntington High School graduate was at a conference in the city of Assomada, preparing for summer training of the next group of volunteers, when all of a sudden he received word to quickly prepare to travel to the president’s house for a diplomatic reception...full story>>
