A Taste of Huntington on the Horizon
The PTAs of Washington, Flower Hill and Huntington Intermediate schools are pulling out all the stops to make this year’s “A Taste of Huntington” better than all of its predecessors. The big event is slated for Thursday, March 6 from 7-11 p.m. at the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge on Pulaski Road in Greenlawn.
The night is billed as an enjoyable evening of music, entertainment, raffles and sumptuous dinner donated by the “most delicious restaurants around Huntington,” according to a promotional flyer.
Tickets are priced at $40 per person, which includes refreshments, dinner and entertainment. All proceeds will benefit PTA activities in the three schools involved in the event.
Seating will be limited and a sell-out crowd is anticipated. To secure a seat, send a check payable to the respective PTA of one of the three participating schools or drop it off at the school’s main office. Tickets will be sold on a strictly first come, first served basis.
For more information call Shari Harris (Washington PTA – 351-4919), Amanda Cartwright (Flower Hill PTA – 271-0757) or Karen Cadorette (Huntington Intermediate PTA – 424-7722).
