Fab Four Captures Attorney General Triple C Awards

Gustavo Ramirez Castillo, Toni Reyes-Sorto, Angie Uceda-Enamorado and Nile Williams have all made their mark Huntington High School where the fabulous four teenagers is among the most distinguished members of the Class of 2025. They claimed this year’s New York State Attorney General’s Triple C Awards.
Sponsored by State Attorney General Letitia James, the Triple C Award recognizes “the courage, character and commitment of New York State’s outstanding students. Whether succeeding in academic pursuits, participating in community service, displaying leadership skills, or overcoming personal obstacles, these students provide us with hope for a brighter future. This award was established to honor these student leaders.”
Principal Rochelle Brown presented this year’s awards during a ceremony in the high school auditorium.
Mr. Ramirez is a highly regarded young man who has worked hard and achieved academically. He plans to study at Suffolk Community College.
Mr. Reyes-Sorto is a member of five different academic honor societies and was recognized as a Distinguished Senior. A color guard captain with the marching band and president of both the Art Honor Society and Yearbook Club, he plans to study fashion design at Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan.
An Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction, Ms. Uceda-Enamorado intends to study psychology at SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica. She played in the school band and performed with the Blue Devil marching band and the high school drama club.
Mr. Williams was heavily involved in the Blue Devil athletic program. He plans to attend New England College. He is widely regarded as a wonderful classmate and teammate.
