Flower Hill’s October Stars
Flower Hill Primary School recently recognized its Star students for October, presenting certificates to the youngsters and gathering them together for a commemorative photo.
The honorees included Timothy McDonald, Connor Fox, Rebekah Dorfeuille, Keegan Malone, Germain Thomas, Dashiell Ramirez, Jane Callery, Luke Calabria, Valencia Delva, Sophia Thompson, Annika Galvin, Constantino “CJ” Posillico, Alexis Kaloudis, Theadora “Teddi” Carnesi, Grace McCallon, Jennifer Escobar, Benjamin Weissman, Kassandra Mori, Carolina Moriera-Ibarra and Kyle Colleluori.
The names of the award recipients were read over the school’s public address system and the youngsters were asked to walk down to the main office. A student from each class was named a Star for October. Honorees were recognized for their stellar efforts in the classroom and around the school. “It’s always nice to recognize a job well done,” Flower Hill Principal Marlon Small said. “We have a wonderful group of boys and girls in our school this year and teachers and support staff members are enjoying working with them.”
The commemorative photo will be displayed on a special bulletin board at the school.
