Trustees Appoint Blue Devil Coaches
Huntington School Board members began appointing fall season coaches during the last regular business meeting of the 2011/12 school year. Trustees are expected to continue filling any openings during their summer meetings.
The first round of appointments included Debra Cheskes (varsity girls' cross country head coach), Nancy Conlon (Finley field hockey), Jamie Fishlow (varsity boys' tennis head coach), William Harris (Finley football assistant), Lynn Hefele (JV girls' volleyball), Christopher Helmke (varsity girls' swimming head coach), Phil Lowe (Finley-7 football), Michael Marinello (varsity golf head coach), James McCabe (varsity football assistant), Eric Mininni (JV girls' tennis) and Christopher Mooney (varsity boys' volleyball head coach).
Trustees also appointed John Pagano (varsity boys' soccer head coach), Matthew Perlongo (Finley boys' soccer), Caroline Reilly (varsity girls' volleyball head coach), Jillian Talleur (varsity field hockey head coach), Jason Suarez (varsity boys' soccer assistant), Vincent Tannazzo (varsity girls' soccer assistant), Eric Triolo (Finley girls' tennis), John Walsh (varsity girls' soccer head coach) and Kathleen Wright (varsity field hockey assistant)
