Meet the Candidates Night
on Weds. May 4
The Huntington PTA Council is sponsoring a Meet the School Board Candidates Night on Wednesday, May 4 at 7 p.m. in the J. Taylor Finley Middle School LGI.
The Suffolk County PTA will moderate the event. Members of the audience will be able to submit questions that will be posed to the trustee candidates. All members of the public are invited to attend.
Huntington School Board candidates include incumbent Bill Dwyer and challengers James Cahill, Jennifer Hebert, Adam Spector and Susan Tully. Candidates run at-large. (Incumbent trustee Christine Bene is not running for re-election.) The two top vote-getters will win terms running from July 1 through June 30, 2014.
