Adult Ed Program Registration Set for February 3
The Huntington School District’s adult education program will hold spring semester registration on Wednesday, February 3 in the Huntington High School lobby from 7-9 p.m. for a variety of interesting and informative courses. The district has been offering adult education courses to residents for more than 55 years.
Regular course fees are set at $15 for resident senior citizens (60 years of age and over whenever space is available, except for those classes marked special fee or limited), $55 for other district residents and $65 for those living outside the Huntington School District.
Fees do vary based on the specific course and the duration of the class. (One day seminars can run as little as $20 for residents.) Spring classes begin the week of February 22.
The spring course bulletin can be found on the district’s website at www.hufsd.edu; Click on the School Community tab and then on the adult education link and then “Forms and Files” to access the brochure. The publication contains course locations, room numbers and scheduling information.
