Flower Hill School Honors Top Students
As the race to the holidays begins in earnest, the Flower Hill Primary School community paused to honor a group of youngsters who exhibited commendable effort, behavior and actions during the month of November.
Principal Marlon Small announced the latest Student of the Month Award winners, praising members of the group and exhorting them to continue displaying the characteristics that led to this honor.
“We are so proud of our students and the work they do every day,” Mr. Small said. “Flower Hill parents are fortunate to have such wonderful children. We do our best to provide them with an exceptional and well-rounded education at our school. The Student of the Month Award program is a nice way of giving special recognition for outstanding achievement in and out of the classroom.”
The honorees included Marcbrian Desir, Alyson Baker, Shannon Milner, Robbie Smith, Kimberlin Veliz Hernandez, Timmeree Koepele, Olivia Murray, Jelani Idrissa, Kailyn Moya, Hannah Quinn, Megan Byrnes, Caroline Carello, Daniel Danziger, Kevin Aparicio, Katie Stock, Alessandra Higgins, Kelly Warren, Patrick Durand, Ashlyn McMorrow, Danny Stevens and Brandon Anderson.
Mr. Small presented each student with a certificate and the students were assembled for a commemorative photo that will be placed in the school’s main lobby alongside photos of past award winners.
“It’s always exciting to congratulate students on a job well done,” Mr. Small said.
