Flower Hill Students Garner Student of the Month Awards
Marlon Small said it’s one of the joys of his job to distribute Student of the Month Awards to deserving Flower Hill Primary School youngsters. So, the principal was in a very good mood when he congratulated December’s honorees and posed for a commemorative photo with the group.
Students recognized included Britney Parada, Alex Gerbavsits, Emerson Forbes, Breanna Cumella, Emerson Russell, Isabella Dentico, Catherine Jamison, Casey Smith, Jack Stewart, Shannon Anderson, Paige Lennon, Benjamin Catalfo, Maire Brown, Jessica Pulizzotto, Deborah Lucas, Sigrid Cassell, Katie Seccafico, Tanner Germain, Adam Trimboli, Cade McCormack, Aidan McCormack, JulieWeissman, Jeffrey Germain and James Brown.
The youngsters were recognized for academic achievement, positive attitude, cooperation, assistance to others and all around excellence. Teachers nominated students for the awards. Mr. Small distributed snazzy certificates to document the achievement and to show off to parents, relatives and friends.
Mr. Small encouraged the youngsters to “keep up the good work.”
